1. Introduction

                21+ Only. bef939 takes its age restriction obligations seriously. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed. Any winnings accrued on such an account will be forfeited and any deposits may be returned to the original payment source subject to verification.
              

3. Account Registration

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bef939 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. bef939 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account or method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals of bonus-funded winnings are subject to wagering requirements having been met in full prior to the request being processed.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

Bonuses are only available to players who have fully completed KYC verification unless otherwise stated.
Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Using multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once constitutes abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

Odds and markets may be suspended at any time during a live event. bef939 is not liable for any market suspension that occurs while a player is in the process of placing a bet, provided the suspension is applied before formal bet acceptance is confirmed by the system.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

8. Prohibited Conduct
